Hoping to make it to the big time, Frannie Funnybones' been traveling from tavern to tavern to make people laugh. But it isn't as easy as it looks. While everyone can see it, she's totally oblivious to the truth. She's a lousy entertainer. She talentless, tacky, and criminally smug. Still, with all her flaws, she'll do anything to protect her friends, and for them, that's more than enough.
